If any cookies are used, they are only technically necessary (for example, security or basic session handling by the hosting environment). These are not used to track you across websites.
4. Who receives your data?
We do not sell your data. We only pass it on to third parties where necessary to provide our services or where required by law. Typical recipients are:
Hosting provider – for running this website and storing server logs
Cloud storage provider (Cloudflare R2) – for storing your uploaded files securely
Email provider – for sending and receiving communication
Project organisation tools (e.g. Trello, internal tools) – for keeping track of projects and tasks
All of these providers act as processors on our behalf or as independent controllers with their own data protection rules.
Your data may be stored on servers in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries. In such cases, we choose providers that offer an adequate level of data protection through contracts and recognised safeguards.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We only keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.
In particular:
Contact / email data: kept for as long as we are in contact and, if a project arises, for the duration of the business relationship plus the retention periods required under Swiss law (for example for accounting and tax).
Project files (uploads and final edits): usually kept while the project is active and for a reasonable time afterwards (for example, to allow minor corrections or re-exports), unless you request earlier deletion or we agree on a different arrangement.
Technical logs: are generally kept only for a short period (for example a few weeks) to ensure security and troubleshooting, and then automatically deleted or anonymised.
If you ask us to delete something earlier and there is no legal obligation to keep it, we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law (and, where applicable, the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you have various rights in relation to your personal data, for example:

Right to erasure – to request deletion of your data where there is no legal obligation to keep it
Right to restriction of processing in certain circumstances
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
Right to data portability (under GDPR, in certain cases)
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at:
[email protected]
We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the deadlines required by applicable law.
If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example:
In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
In the EU/EEA: your local data protection authority
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and alteration. These measures include, for example:
Use of HTTPS/TLS on the website
Restricted access to project data (only by us and, where necessary, trusted processors)
Use of reputable hosting and cloud providers
However, no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you and triggers a legal duty to inform, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
